Emma started her career in Retail Management before moving into an HR Generalist role, following her interest in people and their development. She has successfully brought her management and HR experience together in Executive search. With her deep HR knowledge, she has led the end to end delivery of numerous mandates in HR, but has also delivered roles in Finance, Business Transformation and Senior Leadership. Her range of industry sector experience is extensive, including Pharmacy, Aerospace, Financial services, FMCG and Outsourced services.
Emma’s background gives her a sound understanding of the commercial drivers in an organisation and an acute awareness of the value exceptional delivery can bring. This has instilled in her an approach which is responsive, solution driven and collaborative. She has gained a reputation of building strong and lasting relationships, enabling her to become a trusted partner to clients and candidates alike.
Emma would describe herself as a foodie! An early love for cooking and hospitality led to her Degree in Hotel and Catering Management. A spell in the wine industry whilst working in HR has only helped to further her interest in food and wine.

She is an accomplished and experienced Talent Acquisition specialist, having held responsibility for hiring operations for brands such as The Arcadia Group, House of Fraser and Amazon. Duncan Gruselle
Director
Duncan Gruselle has over 25 years’ executive search, selection and assessment experience in the UK and Ireland, working in organisations with a global footprint, as well as for boutique firms. He has run international search assignments across healthcare (he was previously Head of the Healthcare Practice for a large UK search firm), academia, technology, pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical and food sectors. He enjoys working across a variety of functional specialisms including HR, Operations, Commercial, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
His early career as an Assistant Clinical Psychologist working within a multidisciplinary NHS outreach team led him to complete a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology, before focusing his career in executive search. He is motivated by the challenge of finding the ideal solution to meet a client’s expectations, whilst helping his candidates navigate the next stage of their career journey. His success comes through in-depth briefings with clients to understand organisational values, team fit and the current and future challenges of the role. Jason Pask
Customer Relations and Research Manager
Jason has worked in the recruitment industry for over 20 years, following an early career in financial services. He co-founded and managed his own boutique recruitment business in Cardiff for 11 of those years, growing the business with a small team of consultants focused on HR, IT, accountancy, finance, sales and marketing roles.
Jason joined Paskpartnership in 2018 to lead the creation of the systems and processes required for a growing recruitment business and now manages our back office and sales support processes.
Jason has recently led the implementation of new technology into the business to support our growth, the demands of GDPR and our new FutureTalent™ service
Sarah Bruce
Project Executive
Sarah started her career supporting Executive Board Level members within global organisations. Sarah’s background working closely alongside CEO’s, CHRO’s and CFO’s has given her a solid insight and understanding of senior roles and organisational structure.
During the last 4 years she has worked as a project manager for a global technology firm within the HR space, working mainly on strategic projects within Talent, D&I and L&D.
