Track your development needs
We commissioned a team of occupational psychologists from the leading people assessment firm Sten10 to analyse our interviews and, as a result, we have now developed a bespoke competency framework that is solely dedicated to HR leaders, providing a means to identify and track their development needs for today and the future. The Pask People Leadership Radar (ppl Radar ®) will undergo further testing and refinement with our network in the coming months.
