As a 30 year-old, 500-strong architectural practice, working with Paskpartnership has been our first foray into the world of search and selection. Prior to that we had been able to rely on speculative approaches or specialist agencies to fill the majority of our recruitment needs and so it was with some apprehension, and to be honest, a degree of scepticism that we entered this uncharted territory.
