    Debbie Pask has over 28 years’ experience in executive search and assessment within the HR field. She has a reputation for building sustainable, trusted and collaborative relationships with clients and candidates. Her in depth knowledge of the HR market and her track record for delivery in a timely and cost effective manner are renowned.

    She has worked across a wide variety of industries, including consumer, financial services, media, professional services, retail, pharmaceutical, PE backed and not –for-profit.

    Debbie read modern history (BA Hons) at the University of York and her career includes: Executive and Interim Search Consultant specialising in the HR sector; Head of Resourcing for an Anglo-French company, Talent and Acquisition Director for a NASDAQ quoted company and generalist HR before entering the search industry.

    Julia Days has over 18 years’ resourcing experience, incorporating all recruitment methodologies – including RPO, in-house direct sourcing, contingency and search.

    Julia’s career spans all aspects of the recruitment industry: as a Resourcing leader in a range of companies; as a business consultant within HR and Recruitment Transformation programmes; and as a recruitment consultant for a search firm. Along the way, she has amassed a far-reaching network across diverse sectors such as financial services, law, telecommunications, hospitality, property management, logistics and distribution.

    Committed, creative and with exceptional integrity, Julia has built a reputation for her pragmatic commercial advice and strategic mindset. She prides herself on the depth of her client and candidate relationships.

    Julia has an avid interest in human psychology and behaviour, backed by a degree in Psychology from Cardiff University.

    Isabelle has an extensive background and network within the Talent Acquisition industry. An industry professional, comfortable working with c-suite executives and operational leads, she has 360 degree experience of all recruitment and branding disciplines. Her experience is drawn from working in RPO, in house, employer branding and consultancy companies.

    Her approach is focused on creating impactful viable outcomes.       The purpose of my role is to manage the systems, processes, activities and data that build, support and protect our relationships with our customers – both candidates and clients. After an early career as a Credit Analyst and Business Development Manager, I have worked in recruitment since 1999 and ran my own recruitment company in Wales.

      My primary Responsibilities:

      Manage the systems, processes and activities to build and maintain our customer database.

      This entails:

      • Becoming our Super User for our new databases – FileFinder and GatedTalent
      • Ensure all data is accurate, up to date and complies with GDPR
      • Advising Directors on any changes to legislation and making appropriate suggestions to ensure compliance
      • Work with my colleagues, the Paskpartnership search consultants, to help identify the most appropriate candidates in line with our ongoing search assignments
      • Preparation of client-specific research and reports in support of business development and search assignments
      • Preparation of market insights and analysis, as agreed with the search consultants, to support the company’s sector knowledge and market intelligence – including HR news, candidate and client news, industry trends
