Julia Days has over 18 years’ resourcing experience, incorporating all recruitment methodologies – including RPO, in-house direct sourcing, contingency and search.
Julia’s career spans all aspects of the recruitment industry: as a Resourcing leader in a range of companies; as a business consultant within HR and Recruitment Transformation programmes; and as a recruitment consultant for a search firm. Along the way, she has amassed a far-reaching network across diverse sectors such as financial services, law, telecommunications, hospitality, property management, logistics and distribution.

Emma started her career in Retail Management before moving into an HR Generalist role, following her interest in people and their development. For the last 4 years she has successfully brought her management and HR experience together in Executive search. Over the past 4 years, and with her deep HR knowledge, she has led the end to end delivery of numerous mandates in HR, but has also delivered roles in Finance, Business Transformation and Senior Leadership. Her range of industry sector experience is extensive, including Pharmacy, Aerospace, Financial services, FMCG and Outsourced services.
Emma’s background gives her a sound understanding of the commercial drivers in an organisation and an acute awareness of the value exceptional delivery can bring. Sarah started her career supporting Executive Board Level members within global organisations. Sarah’s background working closely alongside CEO’s, CHRO’s and CFO’s has given her a solid insight and understanding of senior roles and organisational structure.
During the last 4 years she has worked as a project manager for a global technology firm within the HR space, working mainly on strategic projects within Talent, D&I and L&D.

After an early career as a Credit Analyst and Business Development Manager, I have worked in recruitment since 1999 and ran my own recruitment company in Wales.
