Julia Days has over 18 years’ resourcing experience, incorporating all recruitment methodologies – including RPO, in-house direct sourcing, contingency and search.
Julia’s career spans all aspects of the recruitment industry: as a Resourcing leader in a range of companies; as a business consultant within HR and Recruitment Transformation programmes; and as a recruitment consultant for a search firm. Along the way, she has amassed a far-reaching network across diverse sectors such as financial services, law, telecommunications, hospitality, property management, logistics and distribution.
Committed, creative and with exceptional integrity, Julia has built a reputation for her pragmatic commercial advice and strategic mindset. She prides herself on the depth of her client and candidate relationships.
Julia has an avid interest in human psychology and behaviour, backed by a degree in Psychology from Cardiff University.

The purpose of my role is to manage the systems, processes, activities and data that build, support and protect our relationships with our customers – both candidates and clients. After an early career as a Credit Analyst and Business Development Manager, I have worked in recruitment since 1999 and ran my own recruitment company in Wales.
