Her in depth knowledge of the HR market and her track record for delivery in a timely and cost effective manner are renowned.
She has worked across a wide variety of industries, including consumer, financial services, media, professional services, retail, pharmaceutical, PE backed and not –for-profit.
Debbie read modern history (BA Hons) at the University of York and her career includes: Executive and Interim Search Consultant specialising in the HR sector; Head of Resourcing for an Anglo-French company, Talent and Acquisition Director for a NASDAQ quoted company and generalist HR before entering the search industry.
Debbie is EQi Certified (BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory).
Matt Wallis has spent his career working with senior HR teams throughout the UK and Europe. His experience ranges across multiple HR disciplines and multiple sectors, with a dedicated focus on building commercial HR capability to drive business performance.
Over 11 years of experience within the HR discipline has given Matt an extensive network within the field and a deep understanding of all functional areas, from Learning, Resourcing, Talent, Reward, to Organisation Development and Generalist capabilities. Completion of assignments in FMCG, Retail, Professional Services, Media, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Financial Services have given him a strong appreciation of the types of issues these sectors face and the right HR talent needed to address them.
His personal experience is that clients want a practical, transparent, dependable and fast service to hire the right HR person, and this is at the centre of everything he and Paskpartnership deliver.

After an early career as a Credit Analyst and Business Development Manager, I have worked in recruitment since 1999 and ran my own recruitment company in Wales.
